[So, you guys troubled that you ended up in an unknown world?

Well, too bad, because Jesus here doesn't seem to mind. In fact, he's way too excited as he rummages through his newly acquired bag and is even more stoked when he finds out that he has a Pokémon of his own.

Quite quickly, he releases the creature from its pokéball.

Wait...

Is that...?

OH YEAH IT IS! THAT'S A PORYGON! THAT'S AWESOME! He certainly hs to tell EVERYONE that he got a super cool Pokémon! So he turns on his communicator, all smiles.]

Hey, hm, everyone, I don't know how I ended up here, but I got me one of those! [Smiling, Jesus picks up his Porygon and pretty much 'shoves' its face in the Pokégear screen.]

These are so cool! I can't believe I got one so easily! I heard they are quite rare to come by and to get one just like that is quite awesome!

Ah, also... [He puts the Porygon down on the ground and opens up his backpack, pulling out a piece of clothing from inside of it.]

I also got me these really beautiful Shinto clothes! I think I'm going to wear it at special occasions! It looks so high quality and I can't wait to try it on! [He puts the garments away. Being the biggest weaaboo ever, Jesus is quite happy that he got traditional Japanese clothes.]

Well, I don’t know why I was brought here, but looks like it’ll be a fun experience! I better start walking at once! [He waves at the camera and cuts the feed. He'll be hanging around New Bark for a while, still getting used to his new surroundings and looking at all the stuff inside his bag, with Porygon by his side. Nope. not putting it on the Pokéball yet.]

Ah! Yes! It feels like we are living a video game life and, well, how many times do you have the opportunity to go through such an experience, right? [Jesus is also pretty excited that someone is as enthusiastic as him.

Well, I admit I'm a little bit 'rusty' when it comes to this game, but I think I'll get the hang of it pretty soon!

[[There's a cheerful "Pip! Hoppip!" from his hair and Bakura obligingly shifts the camera to show his hoppip cheerfully waving as well from his perch on his trainer's head]]

Ah, I've never seen that before! [He just knows a little about the first 150 so... yeah.]

[[He's got one up on Bakura, who had never heard of Pokemon before arriving, since in Yuugiou land, there is no room for competing card games!]]

[[Bakura smiles warmly]] Annin's a Hoppip! [[said pokemon bounces happily at being mentioned]] You'll probably see a lot of them when you're first starting out, they're pretty common in that area!

Heh... So I'll remember catching one of those then!

Man... it'll be hard to decide on only six of these creatures to be part of my group. [It'll be particularly hard for Jesus, since he's really indecisive about everything.] They all look so neat.

It really is! Picking out just 6 when traveling is probably the hardest part of it all. When you're in town, you can have more than just the 6 out, it's just when you're battling that you can't!

[[In the background there's a Drifblim with a Castform riding on top of it, conversing with Mismagius almost out of sight behind Bakura's hair. Very clear he's not the sort of trainer who keeps his team in their balls.]]

Well, keeping them around sounds like a good idea. If I can, I want to create some good bonds with the ones I capture. I mean, I don't think it's fair for just six to be close to you while the others stay closed in a box gathering dust.

And... he probably will keep his Pokémon roaming free as well...]

[[He only caught two of them, sadly. The rest were hatched or gotten from departed friends.]]

Un! [[a nod]] I try not to let any of them stay too long in there. Even Zoku comes out every now and then, even though he still prefers staying inside. I like to think I've made strong bonds with all of them, even the ones I haven't had long. It's sort of like having a family with all of them!

Un, they do! No matter what type they are too, it's pretty neat!

And it's no problem! There aren't too many people who really seem to like ghost types, so it's really nice to know a good home for one in case Fuushi and Cirrus have another batch. [[smiles fondly over his shoulder at the Drifblim and Castform.]]

There isn't? Why they wouldn't like them? [Jesus, that's such an obvious question... Not everyone is used to the supernatural like you.]

Some people just really don't like ghosts... [[looks almost sad at this. Ghosts and the supernatural where his favorite things besides games and cream puffs!]] There are a lot of rumours about them too, about things that they do, but they really don't harm anyone! They just like playing games and pranks on people, that's all.

I don't think it's fair judging them for what they are or what they look like.

Besides, having some fun never hurt anyone. And if they are ghosts is only natural that they might want to play pranks and scare people. It's what they do. [Totally familiar with ghosts and how they work.]

Well, I hope the one I get happens to be like that as well. I wouldn't like spreading some bad reputation about ghosts or something. [He's glad that he got Ryou to smile a bit. That sad tone from before was no good.]

But, well, if he happens to be a trickster, I guess that can't be helped.

Sometimes a real rude one will just ruin it, unfortunately! [[Thinking of one very specific Gengar there, that... well... he's kinda glad he didn't inherent. Real glad.]] Though I think that has less to do with the type and more the pokemon himself!

And not all tricksters are bad.

[[There's a small "Pip!" as Annin suddenly dives out of Bakura's hair, 3 seconds before it starts standing straight on edge. Bakura blinks once before turning to the smile Rotom that's half nuzzling against him]] Aa--- Blackheart, not now, please, the gear is on...!

You seem to get along really well with all your Pokémon. [Jesus can't help but smile at the whole scene.]

I just hope I get that close to mine as well. [He turns to smile at the Porygon who's sitting by his side. It seems a little bit 'distant', but he hopes that will change with time.]

Back home I didn't have any pets or anything, so this will certainly be a nice change of pace.

With most of them, un! Zoku still gets cranky at me pretty easily, but he'll actually stay out of his ball now and even will go out training too! I think having them out and just around helps a lot! Even if it can make somethings a little awkward! [[a small laugh as he tries to smooth down the no longer electrified mess that is his hair.]] That way you can get to know each other and make friends much faster. Though sometimes, I think there are ones that are just more solitary. Like how Kage and Shinigami mostly keep to themselves, rather than be social when they're out. Vasuki and Raindrop too, but they're both rather quiet and shy, I think having everyone else around just overwhelms them! They're still very affectionate when it's just them and me.

[[There's so much warmth in his voice as he rattles on about his team. For a kid who grew up with no friends and then no real family to speak of, being always with a cloud of pokemon is amazing. He never feels alone.]]

[Jesus quietly pays attention to all that Ryou says and he can see that warmth on his voice quite well. He can't really say he knows how it is to be alone. He was always surrounded by all sorts of people, all his life, but now that he's on that unknown land, he'll certainly treasure the company of his own Pokémon a lot.]

Heh... You sound like a proud father talking about his kids. [Jesus chuckles, crouching next to Porygon.] I hope me and Gabriel end up having that sort of connection too. But I guss only time can tell.
